Wild Chamomile Ice Cream Float
Ingredients:
– 1 cup wild chamomile tea (brewed and cooled)
– 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
– 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
– Fresh chamomile flowers for garnish
– Sparkling water or soda (optional)
Directions:
1. Brew the wild chamomile tea and allow it to cool.
2. In a glass, add the brewed chamomile tea.
3. Add honey to the tea and stir until dissolved.
4. Gently place the scoops of vanilla ice cream on top of the tea mixture.
5. If desired, pour a splash of sparkling water or soda for fizz.
6. Garnish with fresh chamomile flowers.
7. Serve immediately with a spoon or a straw.
