Watermelon Juice & Cubes Recipe
Ingredients:

1 medium-sized seedless watermelon (or remove seeds manually)

Optional for juice:

1–2 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice

1–2 tsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

A pinch of salt (enhances flavor)

A few mint leaves (for garnish or blending)

Preparation of Watermelon Cubes:

Wash the watermelon under running water.

Slice the watermelon in half.

Using a sharp knife, cut off the rind and dice the red flesh into 1-inch cubes.

Remove any visible seeds if not using a seedless variety.

Place the cubes in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator if desired.
Preparation of Watermelon Juice:

Take about 3–4 cups of watermelon cubes.

Place them in a blender.

Add optional ingredients (lime juice, sweetener, salt).

Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).

Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).

Pour into a glass and chill or serve over ice.

Garnish with mint leaves or a lime wedge if desired.
