Vegan Loaded French Bread Pizza (Quick Version)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large French bread loaf
  • Olive oil & minced garlic
  • 1 cup vegan ground meat (Beyond Meat, lentils, etc.)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup vegan pepperoni slices
  • 1–1½ cups shredded vegan mozzarella
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
  • Salt, pepper, and optional spices

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice bread lengthwise, brush with olive oil and garlic, then bake 5–7 minutes.

2. Cook vegan ground meat in a skillet with seasoning until browned.

3. Spread marinara sauce on bread, add cooked meat, bell peppers, vegan pepperoni, and cheese.

4. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts; broil briefly if needed.

5. Garnish with herbs, slice, and serve hot.

Optional: Add sautéed onions, mushrooms, vegan parmesan, or drizzle balsamic glaze.
