Turkey Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped pecans for coating
Crackers or veggies for serving

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, parsley, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well-combined and the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands, then roll the ball in the chopped pecans until fully coated.
Place the cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
Serve the turkey cheese ball with crackers or veggies of your choice.
