Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (200 grams) sugar
- 1 lemon (juice of 1 lemon and zest)
- 1 cup (200 milliliters) vegetable oil
- 4/5 cup (200 milliliters) milk
- 4 teaspoons baking powder (20 grams)
- 2+1/2 cups (360 grams) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until creamy.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, vegetable oil, and milk. Mix well.
- Gradually add baking powder and flour, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured 10-inch (25 centimeters) cake pan.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
