Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (200 grams) sugar
  • 1 lemon (juice of 1 lemon and zest)
  • 1 cup (200 milliliters) vegetable oil
  • 4/5 cup (200 milliliters) milk
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder (20 grams)
  • 2+1/2 cups (360 grams) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, vegetable oil, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add baking powder and flour, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured 10-inch (25 centimeters) cake pan.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
