Ingredients:

1/2 cup carrots, chopped

1/4 cup pineapple, diced

1 banana

1/4 cup orange, peeled and segmented

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup almond milk

Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie, and blend again until the ice is crushed.
