**Tomato Cucumber Mint Smoothie*
**Ingredients:**
– 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes or 1 small tomato, chopped
– 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
– 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
– 1/2 lime, juiced
– 1/2 cup coconut water
– Ice cubes
**Instructions:**
1. Add the tomato, cucumber, mint leaves, lime juice, and coconut water into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and refreshing.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig or a cucumber slice (optional).
