️ Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg beef roast
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup beef broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and garlic.
- Sear the beef in a hot pan with olive oil and butter until browned on all sides.
- Place the beef in a roasting pan. Add potatoes around it.
- Pour beef broth over the meat and potatoes.
- Cover with foil and roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Remove foil, baste with juices, and roast uncovered for 15 minutes to brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
