Tiny Chicken Fajita (Snack Size – 1 Small Wrap)
Ingredients:
- 1/4 small chicken breast (about 30–40g or 1.5 oz), thinly sliced
- 2–3 thin slices of bell pepper
- 1–2 slices of onion
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Tiny pinch each of:
- Chili powder
- Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 small tortilla (6-inch)
- Squeeze of lime (optional)
Optional:
- A pinch of cheese or a dot of sour creams
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a small pan.
2. Cook the chicken slices for ~2–3 minutes until done.
3. Add peppers and onion; cook for another 2 minutes until soft.
4. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of spices and mix well.
5. Warm the tortilla briefly, then fill with the mix.
6. Add any toppings you like. Done!
