Ingredients:
4 slices of whole wheat bread
1 cup shredded leftover turkey
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/2 cup stuffing
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup gravy (non-alcoholic)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups mixed greens
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
On two slices, layer the turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and mixed greens.
Drizzle gravy over the fillings, then season with salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until the bread is golden brown and the fillings are warmed through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Slice the sandwiches in half and serve warm.
