Tater Tot Breakfast Bowl with Sausage Gravy

 

Ingredients:

  • Tater Tots (4 cups)
  • Eggs (4, scrambled)
  • Cheddar cheese (½ cup, shredded)
  • Green onions (optional, for garnish)

Sausage Gravy:

  • ½ lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1½ cups milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Bake Tater Tots as directed until crispy.

2. Cook sausage in a skillet. Stir in flour and cook 1–2 minutes. Slowly add milk, stir until thickened. Season.

3. Scramble eggs in a separate pan.

4. Assemble bowls: Add Tater Tots, scrambled eggs, gravy, and cheese. Garnish with green onions if desired.

5. Serve warm and enjoy
