Instructions

Bake the potatoes: Scrub and pierce potatoes with a fork, then bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45–50 minutes until fork-tender.

Cook the meat: While the potatoes bake, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

Season: Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
