SUMMER PEACH LEMONADE
Light, fruity, and so cooling—perfect for hot summer days!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh or canned peach slices (peeled if fresh)
¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Lemon and peach slices (for garnish)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the peach puree:
In a blender, blend the peaches until smooth. If you prefer, strain to remove any pulp.
2. Mix the lemonade:
In a pitcher, combine peach puree, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
3. Add water and chill:
Pour in cold water and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Serve:
Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with peach slices, lemon slices, and a sprig of mint.
