Summer Fruit Salad 

This vibrant salad is a must-try for everyone!
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of sliced strawberries
– 2 cups of blueberries
– 2 cups of raspberries
– 2 cups of peeled and sliced kiwi
– 2 cups of peeled and segmented mandarin oranges
– 2 cups of sliced bananas
– 2 cups of diced pineapple
– 2 cups of halved grapes
– 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
– 1 cup of vanilla yogurt (optional)
– 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Directions:
1. Start by placing all the sliced and diced fruits in a large bowl.
2. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
3. If desired, mix in the fresh mint leaves, vanilla yogurt, and honey.
4. Stir carefully to ensure the yogurt and honey blend in without crushing the fruit.
5. You can enjoy it right away or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for an even cooler treat.
