Directions:

First, put the eggs in the mixer and beat for 1 minute. Then add the melted butter, cornstarch and flour, beating again for another minute until the mixture is smooth.

Then add the salt, black pepper, seasoning of your choice and yeast, mixing well with a spoon.

Then add the grated Parmesan cheese, tomatoes and ham, mixing to combine all the ingredients.

Then distribute the dough into greased and floured cupcake tins, or into similarly prepared pie tins.

Then sprinkle with more grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for approximately 25 minutes.
