Strawberry Vanilla Bean Ice Cream!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 6 large egg yolks

Directions:
1. Begin by tossing the fresh strawberries, sugar, and the luscious seeds from your vanilla bean into a saucepan. Heat over medium until the strawberries softens and the sugar melts away into a gooey syrup. Once done, set it aside to cool—patience is key here!
