Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 medium banana (peeled)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- To a blender, add the banana and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth.
- Pour into a glass cup and enjoy!
