Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana (for natural sweetness)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
½ cup ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)
Directions:
Add the strawberries, banana, almond milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
Add ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.
