- Combine Ingredients: Place the liquid (milk/water), frozen mango, frozen strawberries, yogurt (if using), chia seeds, and optional sweetener into a high-speed blender.
- Tip: Placing the liquid in first helps the blender blades catch the frozen fruit better.
- Blend: Secure the lid and blend on low speed to start, gradually increasing to high. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust Consistency: If the blender is struggling or the smoothie is too thick, stop and add more liquid (milk or water), 1-2 tablespoons at a time, until it blends smoothly.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, blend for a shorter time or use less liquid initially.
- Pour and Garnish: Pour the finished smoothie into a glass. The chia seeds will be visible as the small black specks throughout the smoothie.
