Strawberry Lemonade Cream Float – Full Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Strawberry Layer:

1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced or chopped)

2 tbsp sugar (or to taste)

1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Lemonade Base:

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)

4 cups cold water

½ – ¾ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
For the Creamy Top:

1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
-
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (optional for extra creaminess)

Ice cubes
Garnishes:

Fresh lemon slices

Whole or halved strawberries

Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:

Make the Strawberry Compote (Optional):

In a small bowl, mix strawberries, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Let sit for 10–15 minutes to macerate until juicy.

For a smoother drink, mash lightly or blend briefly.

Prepare the Lemonade:

In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, cold water, and sugar.

Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.

Add ice cubes and lemon slices to the pitcher.

Assemble the Drink:

In each glass, add 2–3 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture.

Fill the glass halfway with lemonade.

Add a scoop of ice, then slowly pour the cream or half-and-half on top for a beautiful layered effect.

Drizzle a little sweetened condensed milk on top if using.

Garnish with a lemon slice and a strawberry.
