Strawberry cream

Everyone loves strawberry cream! With our simple recipe, the light dessert is ready in no time. The cream makes the strawberry cream particularly airy.

INGREDIENTS (For 4 glasses)

500 g strawberries
50 g sugar
2 packs of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
200 g Greek yogurt
150 g cream
2 packs of cream stiffener

PREPARATION

1st step
Wash the strawberries, pat dry and set aside four beautiful strawberries with greens for decoration. Puree the remaining strawberries with sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.

2nd steps
Pass the strawberry puree through a coarse sieve to remove the seeds. Add the yogurt and stir everything together. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and carefully fold into the yogurt-strawberry mix.  Pour the strawberry cream into four glasses and chill for 1 hour.

Step 3
Garnish with the strawberries you set aside before serving. The strawberry yogurt cream will keep in the fridge for at least 2 days.

Our tip
Lighter version
You can also replace the Greek yogurt with low-fat curd cheese. This makes the strawberry cream with cream a little firmer and lower in calories.
