Cream Cheese Layer:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pudding Layer:
1 (5.1 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
Dessert Assembly:
1 box vanilla wafers (or other cookies of choice)
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Directions
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Continue beating until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and well combined. Set aside.
Make the Pudding:
In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Let it sit for a few minutes to fully set.
Assemble the Dessert:
In a serving dish or individual cups, create a layer of vanilla wafers.
Add a layer of sliced bananas and chopped strawberries.
Spread a portion of the prepared pudding mixture over the fruit.
Next, spread a layer of the whipped cream cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream cheese topping.
Chill & Serve:
