Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, etc.)

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

A few ice cubes (optional, if you want it extra cold or thicker)
Instructions:

Prepare the fruit:

Hull and slice the strawberries.

Peel and break the banana into chunks.

Blend:

Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk to a blender.

Add honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.

Add ice cubes if using.

Blend until smooth:

Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Serve:

Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of banana and a whole strawberry on the rim, as shown in the image.

Insert a straw and enjoy!
