Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps with a Twist

Ingredients:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup almond flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped spinach. Mix well until fully blended.
3. Add in the shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture until it is well combined and smooth.
4. Incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese and almond flour into the mixture, blending thoroughly until you reach a firm consistency that can hold its shape.
5. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon for even crisping.
