Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 ripe banana

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker, colder smoothie)

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for added fiber and nutrients)
