Spaghetti Ice Cream Sundae
Ingredients
– 1 pint vanilla ice cream
– 1 pint strawberry or raspberry sauce
– 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
– 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shavings
– Whipped cream
– Maraschino cherries
– 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly and place it in a potato ricer or a spaghetti maker; squeeze out the ice cream to form ‘spaghetti’ onto a serving plate.
2. Drizzle the strawberry or raspberry sauce over the ‘spaghetti’ to mimic tomato sauce.
3. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top to resemble cheese.
4. Add dark chocolate shavings for an extra touch.
5. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
6. Optionally, sprinkle with crushed nuts before serving.
