Comfort food at its best! This one-pan meal has chicken, creamy rice, and loads of cheese.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season and brown chicken in an oven-safe skillet.
Add rice, soup, and broth to the skillet and stir.
Top with mozzarella, cover, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
