Slow Cooker Garlic Herb Chicken and Cheddar Potatoes

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup chicken broth
For the Cheddar Potatoes:
4 large russet potatoes, diced
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and parsley. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
