Ingredients:
1 lb beef (flank, chuck, etc.).
1 tsp baking soda.
1 tbsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry.
1 tbsp cornstarch.
1 tsp sugar.
2 tbsp water.
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Steps:
1. Prep: Slice beef thin. Mix with baking soda and let sit for 15-20 mins.
2. Rinse: Wash off baking soda, pat dry.
