Sausage Jalapeño Cheese Foldovers

Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas, burrito size
4 sausage links, cooked and sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
4 ounces (½ block) cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Cook sausage links in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Slice them into pieces.
While the sausage is cooking, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
In the final 2-3 minutes of cooking the sausage, add the diced jalapeños to the skillet.
Remove from heat and mix the cooked sausage and jalapeños into the cream cheese mixture.
Place a tortilla in the same skillet over medium heat. Spread half of the cheese mixture over one half of the tortilla.
Fold the tortilla over and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly browned. Repeat with the second tortilla, Garnish with mozzarella ans jalapeno.
Serve immediately, cutting each tortilla into wedges.
