Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Cheesy, savory, and slightly spicy—these are always a crowd favorite!

1 lb ground sausage (hot or mild)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups Bisquick (or other baking mix)


Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a large bowl, combine:
Ground sausage
Softened cream cheese
Drained Rotel
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bisquick
Mix thoroughly by hand or with a spoon until fully combined.

Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Enjoy warm as a snack, appetizer, or party bite.
Serve with ranch, spicy mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
