Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 ¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the hot sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, Bisquick, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and fully cooked.
Allow the sausage balls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
