Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Prep the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
3. Arrange for Roasting:
Place potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast:
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and crispy. No need to flip!
5. Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot as a delicious side or snack.
