Second time I converted these into dinners by using Meath with honey. you Will definitely make these again. The family had a great time with this. We succeeded twice….
Ingredients Ribs with Honey Garlic
- Four pounds of spare ribs made of meat
- Half a cup of honey
- Half a cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of pure white vinegar
- Two tsp of brown sugar
- two minced garlic cloves
- One tsp baking soda
- One tsp of salt with garlic.
Directions Ribs with Honey Garlic:
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°F, or 190°C. Slice the ribs into two equal parts. Mix the honey, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic together in a big basin.
- After the sugar and honey have completely dissolved, mix in the baking soda. The mixture will begin to froth. Coat the ribs after moving them to the dish.
- Cover the prepared cookie sheet with foil and place the ribs on it, meat side up.
- Add a little extra sauce to the ribs and sprinkle with the garlic powder. Preheat the oven and bake for one hour, rotating the dish after 20 minutes.
- Ready to serve
