For the cake:

For the songilly:
– 1 cup of heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
*Instructions:*
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Fat and flour three 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pans.
2.Put the cake: Whip the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract and diced mango. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
3. Divide the dough evenly between the prepared stoves. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Prepare ice cream: Beat heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar and unsalted butter until rigid peaks form. Beat in vanilla extract and cut into mango diced.
5. Assemble the cake: place a layer of cake on a serving platter. Spread a layer of ice, followed by a sprinkling of diced mango. Repeat with the remaining two layers of cake.
6. Fill with whipped cream: Beat the heavy cream, granulated sugar and vanilla extract until rigid peaks form.
