Quick Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp yeast
- ¾ cup beer (room temp)
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Fried tomato sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Make dough: Mix flour, salt, yeast, and beer. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven: Set to 230°C (450°F).
3. Prepare topping: Mix butter and garlic in a small bowl.
4. Assemble: Roll dough on a baking sheet with parchment. Spread garlic butter, tomato sauce, and cheese on top.
5. Bake: Cook for 10 minutes. Cool slightly, cut into sticks, and enjoy!
