Ingredients: ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
1 cup milk of choice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or vanilla ice cream for indulgence)
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
Handful of ice
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a blender.
