Protein Power Box Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tuna or salmon patties
  • 1 cup fresh greens (spinach/arugula)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

1. Soft-boil eggs for 6-7 minutes, cool, peel, and season with salt and pepper.

 

2. Pan-sear tuna or salmon patties over medium heat until cooked and golden (3-4 minutes per side).

3. Arrange greens on a plate or box. Top with eggs, avocado slices, patties, and raspberries.
