Ingredients:
- Grilled chicken breast
- Sliced avocado
- Soft-boiled egg halves
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion rings
- Kalamata olives
- Crumbled feta
- Bulgur or quinoa
- Fresh arugula
Steps:
Place arugula at the base of the bowl.
Neatly arrange all ingredients on top.
Season with salt, pepper & olive oil drizzle
