Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1 oz cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
8-10 fresh mint leaves
Club soda (to top)
Ice cubes
Fresh pineapple wedge and mint sprig (for garnish)
Instructions:
Muddle the Mint:
In a tall glass, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice using a muddler or the back of a spoon. This releases the mint’s flavor.
Add Pineapple & Coconut:
Pour in the pineapple juice and cream of coconut. Stir well to combine.
Add the Rum:
