Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 medium cucumber (peeled and sliced)
1-inch piece of ginger (peeled)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup cold water or coconut water
Optional: Honey or sweetener to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
Peel and chop the pineapple and cucumber into chunks.
Peel the ginger and slice it into smaller pieces.
2. Blend:
In a blender, combine pineapple, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and water.
Blend until smooth.
3. Strain (Optional):
For a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
4. Sweeten:
Taste the juice and add honey or a sweetener of your choice if needed.
5. Serve:
Pour the juice into a glass.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple on the rim and cucumber slices beside the glass.
