INGREDIENTS :
1 box of Pillsbury biscuits
8 mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half
4 tablespoons of melted butter.
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS :
PREHEAT your oven to 375°F (190°C).
FLATTEN each biscuit into a round disk.
PLACE a piece of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.
WRAP the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams to seal.
PLACE the cheesecakes upside down on a baking tray.
MIX melted butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Brush butter mixture on top of biscuits.
BAKE for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
SERVE with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
