Ingredients: 1 ripe banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tbsp honey
(optional)
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
