Peanut Butter Balls
No-bake, protein-packed bites with creamy peanut butter, oats, and a chocolate drizzle – perfect for snacks, dessert, or energy boosts!

Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup (80ml) honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
1 cup (90g) old-fashioned oats (rolled oats)
½ cup (60g) ground flaxseed or almond flour
2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
For the Coating (Optional)
½ cup (90g) dark or semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 tsp coconut oil
Crushed peanuts or sea salt for topping
Instructions
1. Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Stir in oats, ground flaxseed, chia seeds (if using), and chocolate chips.
2. Form the Balls
Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls (if mixture is too sticky, chill 15 minutes first).
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Add Coating (Optional)
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each ball halfway into chocolate, return to tray, and sprinkle with toppings.
4. Chill & Serve
Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
