1 ripe peach, peeled and diced

Directions:
Step 1: Blend the Base
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add Peach
Gently fold in diced peach, reserving a few pieces for garnish.
Step 3: Chill & Serve
Divide the mousse into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with reserved peach pieces before serving.
Tips:
Use frozen peaches directly for a slightly chilled mousse.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
