Passion Fruit Ice Cream
Ingredients:
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 cup passion fruit pulp
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Start by grabbing a mixing bowl and adding in the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Whisk everything together until the sugar dissolves completely—this will create a wonderfully creamy base.
2. Stir in the passion fruit pulp, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt, mixing well.
3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches soft-serve consistency.
4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, or until firm.
5. Scoop out and enjoy!
