- 15 grams of butter
- 40 grams of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 15 grams of cornstarch

Instructions:
For the Base:
- Place the biscuits in a resealable plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or a food processor.

For the Custard Cream:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk until it’s hot but not boiling. Remove it from the heat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually pour the hot milk into the egg yolk mixture, whisking continuously to avoid curdling.
- Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens into a custard-like consistency. This may take a few minutes.
- Once the custard has thickened, remove it from the heat and stir in the butter until it’s fully incorporated.
To Assemble:
- Pour the custard cream over the biscuit base in your serving dish or glasses.
