No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls

No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls
Ingredients (about 20–24 balls)
2 cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract for variation)
½ cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers (optional, for texture)
½ cup white chocolate or milk chocolate (optional, for coating)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.
If using crushed biscuits, mix them in for extra crunch and firmness.
Stir until the mixture comes together and is slightly sticky.
Step 2: Shape the Balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time.
Roll into small smooth balls with your hands.
Coat each ball in extra desiccated coconut (or dip in melted chocolate for a richer version).
Step 3: Chill & Serve
Place balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
Serve cold and enjoy!
✅ Tips & Variations
Add chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) inside for a surprise center.
Roll in cocoa powder instead of coconut for a different flavor.
Use dark chocolate coating for a Bounty-style treat.
