Ingredients
For the Grilled Chicken

Chicken breast
Olive oil
Garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper
Lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Herb Cream Potatoes
:

Baby potatoes or small gold potatoes
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Garlic (optional)
Fresh parsley or chives
Cream or crème fraîche
Mustard (optional)
Instructions
Season the chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then grill until juicy and beautifully charred. Roast the potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden and tender. In a pan, warm the cream or crème fraîche with herbs (and mustard if using), then stir in the roasted potatoes until fully coated. Serve the sliced grilled chicken with a generous helping of creamy herb potatoes and a sprinkle of parsley on top.
Tips & Variations
Add Dijon mustard for extra zing. Swap crème fraîche with Greek yogurt for a lighter option. Want a crunch? Toss in crispy bacon bits or toasted breadcrumbs!
