Ingredients:
1- envelope of lemon gelatin
1- envelope of grape gelatin
1- envelope of pineapple gelatin
1- envelope of strawberry gelatin 1- can of
evaporated milk 1- can
of half cream
1- can of condensed milk
4- envelopes of gelatin, hydrated (7 gr each)
1- liter of cow’s milk
Preparation:
Make the water jellies in separate containers and put them in the refrigerator until they set. (You can make them a day before).
In a pot over high heat, pour the milk until it boils, remove from the heat and add the gelatin. It dissolves perfectly without leaving lumps, then add the evaporated milk, the half cream, the condensed milk and mix very well.
Once the colored jellies have set, cut them into cubes.
In a gelatin mold, add the gelatin cubes, and then pour the milk mixture; refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
